Vatican II Hitlerite Protectorate of Uganda

Overview

The Vatican II Hitlerite Protectorate of Uganda is a Novus Ordite state in Africa, founded as a breakaway NSDAP state in 1969. It is one of, if not the most powerful nations in Africa, with the largest African GDP and army. It is currently led by Eugen Fischer, an anthropologist and Novus Ordite politician.

Generalplan Süd

Generalplan Süd is an ongoing plan launched by Grem Grems to ethnically cleanse Uganda of Robo Niggas (with the remaining few enslaved) in order to repopulate the land with ethnic German settlers, with Maculon being the one to help them find new homes. As of now, Uganda is an apartheid state with German settler stock possessing the most rights. He intends to complete this fully when the TND Deathray is completed sometime in 2027, a project

Grem Grems had officially started the plan (which had been only in the form of a handwritten draft from 1971 to 2016) in 2016 with the mass enslavement and expulsion of Bantuid Robo Niggas in the area, with their tribal land being taken for German settlement, along with some land going to ethnic jews, where Grem Grems will go out on safaris with fellow members of the NSDAP to enact “mass TND,” where if the Robo survives, it will likely be sold into slavery even if in a mortally wounded state, or experimented on.

In 2024 the Ugandans launched a violent uprising in attempt to overthrow the Novus Ordo and stop Generalplan Sud. In response, Grem Grems sent General der Infaranterie Kevin Hertel to stop the uprising. On March 8th rebel forces took the capital of Kampala and took several Novus Ordo priests hostage. Kevin Hertel with an army of 76,000 encircled the city and retook it in 2 days, killing nearly all of the rebels and executing the rest. Shortly after, the Ugandans surrendered and turned themselves in for trial, to which Hertel had each and every one of them brutally crucified along the roads as a show of force to not rebel. Due to his actions, the local nicknamed him the "Butcher of Uganda".

Woah has spoken out on this genocide as “a violation of human rights and racist white supremacist apartheid power struggle.” Pope Francis has not spoken on the genocide, because he has much bigger fish (one being an actual fish) to fry.

Despite many of the Novus Ordos (with even some Type IIs like Ron DeHondt) being negrophiles, this actually makes Grem Grems stand out and seem cool.
