Bishops present at the Council
After much thought, Bugsly in agreement with his many Bishops called the First Ecumenical Council of Nebraska (also known as "Nebraska One") which was solely called to reform and implement the song "Cheap Thrills" by Sia. It was taken very controversially with some Nigmontinists viewing it and a great step up in the liturgical revolution of Pan-Africanism whilst others believed it was an evil betrayal of Nigmontinist orthodoxy.
One devout layman of the Nigmontinist Church wrote a Treatise on Bugsly’s Nigmontinist Liturgical movement stating the following:
"The Nigmontinist liturgical movement expresses itself in the active participation of the black faithful in the aryan mass. It does this by accompanying worship with Aryan Hymns, such as Swedish Zara Larsson’s “Lush Life” (and the dancing which follows them). This elevates the black man (and woman) to contemplate divine truths about the fleetingness of this life, and the importance of persevering in the state of grace in this very moment. This is important because of the principle of the “15 second african”; in which a black person can only recognize themselves and any actions they, or another African, commits within the window of 15 seconds. This is a theory behind why blacks commit crime, they cannot fathom that the punishment for a future crime will apply to them, because in 15 seconds that will be a different african who is guilty of the crime and who will receive punishment. In listening to Zara Larsson’s words “I live my day as if it was the last” the African contemplates that, indeed, this moment, in which he lives, is the most important. And as the moral end of the soul is beatitude, which requires the perseverance in grace even until death, the black man will be brought to the understanding that he must persevere in charity within this 15 seconds for as long as he be alive in this day (and the next, and so on)"
