The Industrial Francis

The Industrial Francis is the wealthy entrepreneur Francis variant (same person, just whenever he's an industrialist). He runs the Pope BadaMincis Poop Factory, a massive minion slaving factory for manufacturing and refining poop. Currently, hundreds of minions have been enslaved by him, and more continue to be captured and sent to work endlessly in the factory.

In his office, there is an altar for a Latin Mass, and during a Latin Francis there the minions attacked, flooding the room with poop. After the ordeal,  Francis forced Mincis to execute the perpetrators by drowning them in poop. 

Pope Billy after opening his poop toothbrush factory has launched several suicide bomber attacks in an attempt to destroy the Industrial Francis factory.
