Night of the Long Bones

The Night of the Long Bones was the event and purge of several dozen Rattleboneist and Rattleboneist-affiliated members of the NSDAP. Giacomo Lercaro ordered it, and members of the Gestapo and Allgemeine SS carried it out. 

Leading up to the purge, Giacomo Lercaro had begged Grem Grems for decades to ban or allow persecution of the Rattleboneists. While very few laws were passed restricting Rattleboneist activity, the persecution would grow tremendously when St. Hitler was resurrected by Julius Evola. St. Hitler, who was an avid opponent of the Rattleboneists, immediately worked with Giacomo Lercaro to begin passing laws to prosecute and restrict Rattleboneist activities.

On August 15, 2026, Lercaro and St. Hitler managed to press Grem Grems hard enough to officially ban Rattleboneism in the Novus Ordo. With it, Giacomo authorized the mass executions of all Rattleboneist officials in the government and military, including high-ranking officers like Mr. JustAFriend and Kevin Hertel. While most of their members in Europe were able to escape to Uganda, many trapped in the Rattleboneist headquarters in Saint Clair Shores were trapped and surrounded by the Novus Ordo, mainly led by its Reichskommisar Himmler from TinyTown. Many Rattleboneists attempted to escape but were shot down by Gestapo or Allgemeine SS soldiers patrolling the city. 

While this was going on, Pooniella's house was raided by SS officers, and several high-ranking Rattleboneists were shot during a major weed assembly. Pooniella managed to escape narrowly, but sustained a wound from shrapnel from a nearby hand grenade. With Pooniella's house being cleared out, Uncle Free was able to return from Damascus to his mainframe in her house, securing a Syrian-Novus Ordite Alliance for any future wars.
