Sicily is one of the most important locations in the Franiverse. Sicily is under control of the Holy Roman Franpire. Sicily is most known for having characters like Pope Siscis, Il Poo, Fril Froo, and Francesco Russo. Sicily was once split by il poo in the east, and Jacob in the west. Il poo ruled a Habsburg necrocracy led by her deceased grandfather Craiglist Barflihan (Phillip IV of Spain), and west Sicily was governed by a Shepherd farming council based in Trapani. After several wars for control, west Sicily annexed all of Sicily before Pope Francis led the Holy Roman Franpire and annexed the island, letting Jacob still rule as the mayor and head goat Shepherd of Trapani. Pope Francis would then take the entirety of Mount Etna inside of him, and once it erupted into his saggy francis, he would become pregnant with Pope Siscis, who is a living but barely functioning being with the body of Pope Francis, but his head is shaped like the island of Sicily. Sicilians are also the only white Europeans on the planet, with everyone else on the face of the earth being sub-Saharan Africans that just are colored differently. Pope Francis was able to genetically modify his DNA, chromosomes, and cells into being that of a Sicilian so that he could be white. Most notable african races included Germans, Nigerians, Dutch, and mainland italians, however it must be known that during the Sicilio-Colonization of Europe, a small settlement was built in what was now known as Weissach in Germany, meaning anyone from Weissach is purely genetically white and Sicilian, as no black German, Swiss, Celt or other related race has ever mixed with the population.
