Antipope Bugsly the Niglet

Bugsly the Niglet, colloquially known as Bugsly, is the founder and Supreme Pontiff of the New Papal Nebraska Imperative (NPNI), the sovereign religious state that serves as the center of the Nig-Montinist faith. While foreign observers who remain loyal to Francis frequently refer to him as "Antipope Bugsly," this title is rejected by Nig-Montnists, who maintain that Bugsly is the legitimate Pontiff and that the label "antipope" reflects an outdated, non–Nig-Montinist understanding of the faith.

As the principal religious authority of Nig-Montinism, Bugsly expects all who follow his teachings to submit fully to his every wish. Bugsly is particularly known for his advocacy of Pan-African supremacy and his fierce anti-Franism.
