Sweden

Sweden is a nation that (for many years) has vehemently opposed Pope Francis and his endeavors for centuries until its rapid decay following the death of Carl X Gustav, who had lost his life in the Second Northern War at the hands of Imperial troops under command of Jean-Louis Raduit de Souches, a French-born commader in the Imperial army. It is a commonly known fact that Il Poo has taken inspiration in her clerical purge in Sicily from the Swedes who had violently ravaged through Germany under King Gustavus II Adolphus. Under the constitution, Gustavus II Adolphus along with Gustav I of Sweden are venerated as a national hero in Sicily, but only by the government.

It is known that Blar is an admirer of Sweden, visiting the country twice. It is rumored that Blar, along with Il Poo will aid the Protestant Swedes in a return t power, to fend off what Gooschtav and Pastor John call "Babylon." That being Rome.

Once a Catholic nation, Gustav I of Sweden, later King of Sicily, was responsible for Sweden's conversion to Protestantism and overall shift towards anti-catholicism due to his disagreement on episcopal appointments by Pope Leo X, forming a tightly-knit friendship with Pastor John, who helped Gustav convert the Swedes. Following Gustav's expansion and 2 year reign of the Sicilian throne, Sweden had began to act as a pest to the rest of europe.

Swedish history before the Protestant party will not be mentioned on this page (or any) because it has remained the same, at least before Gustav I of Sweden.
