Dr. Francis of the Filth is an external character who's personal lore had influenced much of the structure of the lore, notably the peace lords and the existing omniverse. His personal lore won't be covered much on here as his personal lore is covered on his fandom page. He was born in a slum in Indonesia, worked in Suncorp for some time, and just read Francis of the Filth or something.
After an unfortunate series of events 14 years ago, Frank was seduced by Bluegill and had non-consensually impregnated Blar, causing an unwarranted birth that Frank had abandoned. This child would end up being the narrator, Jacob's girlfriend, Bianca.
Frank's lore is actually very interesting. I'd recommend you to check out his channels, although he retired in 2017:
