Pope Billy

Pope Billy is the anthesis and opposite of Pope Francis. He is of purely evil mind, hates the Papacy, and hates his own poop. He runs a toothbrush factory and similar to the Industrial Francis, uses purple minions as a slave labor force.

Pope Billy wants to restore 'freedong' the original Uncle Free. Freedong was a 56 year old Georgian neo-confederate online, and is stupid compared to Uncle Free, which he later evolved into. Using an army of robo chickens, he is at a very boring and stale war with a handful of Schlentons employed by the Pope. 

2 months before Pope Billy revealed himself, Mcloser while wearing a tanktop sitting in DDs gaming chair and bedroom stated this:
"The South will rise again. As chickens bawk bawk!"

Brain clearly knew of Pope Billy before Pope Billy was even a thing in the lore, and this is why we love Hey.
