NSTP War

The NSTP War was the 2 month rebellion fought between the National Socialist TinyTown Party and the loyalist TinyTown government and TinyTown Red paramilitary army. The war resulted in no conclusive winner, as the Royal Slugs had killed both sides, however the NSTP  likely would have won. A subpage will be dedicated to the life of the NSTPs leader, Wilhelm von Potsdam.

BEFORE THE WAR

TinyTown was a fractured and morally debase country, held together by glue and bureaucratic snails. Following a failed invasion into Sterling Heights, and an even worse defeat at Selfridge Air Base, support for the Tinii dwindled, and as elections grew closer for the first time, 2 new political parties would arise. The communist Kosh TinyTowny led by Kosh, and the National Socialist Party of TinyTown, led by Wilhelm von Potsdam, an experienced commander serving in the independent German Chuckist states in Sterling, and had fought against the Tinii at Selfridge. As the elections grew closer, President Flabe completely banned the party as it grew in popularity and had ordered Potsdam's arrest. In a rally in Caseville, Potsdam was delivering a speech when TinyTown Reds had stormed in and opened fire, killing dozens of citizens. Potsdam was able to hold most of them off, and after saving 18 people, left with immense hatred towards the Tinii and Phil McCracken. This event would later be known as the Massacre of Caseville, and was immediately repressed and denied by the Tinii.

REVOLT

Potsdam had already been preparing for a war, and with new lend lease support from Francis, a war would be surely imminent. After Kosh TinyTowny succeeded, Potsdam succeeded as well shortly after. In a manner of hours, a Yellow Smart Car factory was destroyed, Bad Axe was captured, and an attempt to assassinate Flabe was made, but failed. TinyTown mobilized quickly, and Potsdam's army was severely outnumbered and defeated by TinyTown Red troops in Marine City, however this loss did not discourage Potsdam, and made the men more rallied to his cause. Potsdam would later have Caseville encircled and in siege, but Phil McCracken launched a counterattack, which failed to do meaningful damage, but did break the siege as Potsdam fortified into the forests. Potsdam eventually marched to Lapeer, and shortly after took the city from communist hands, and had most executed, Kosh unfortunately managed to escape as NSTP fighters stormed the office. 

FINAL STAGES

Potsdam continued to do what he does best, which was ambush and hit and runs. Eventually, TinyTown's army grew tired and weak from constant attacks by the NSTP, and very quickly the UP was taken, and most of TinyTown was under NSTP control. As final pushes into Bay City and Caseville were repelled, the NSTP took rest and regained their strength up until the Royal Slug marauders came, and the NSTP was annihilated in their wake and the current whereabouts of Potsdam are unknown, but it is most agreed upon that he was slain by a slug.

TODAY

The impact of the war is barely noticed today, as most the devastation was overshadowed by the Royal Slug invasion, and later Francis invasion, however many snails and former TinyTown Reds still recall fighting against the NSTP, and how good of fighters they were. While most NSTP fighters are now either dead, or have gone into hiding, the few that still around revel in the sights of seeing Potsdam's glorious charges, or the feeling of fighting for a just cause. The NSTP War is truly the most resounding piece of TinyTown's history, and served as one of the final nails in their coffin.
