Hoopy McCullens

Hoopy McCullens is a garden snail born in 2005 in the former country of TinyTown. Immediately after his birth it was clear he possessed a great intellect and could work with machines quite well. After 4 months in the university of TinyTown, completing the maximum level of education for garden snails, he moved on to work on his own projects.

His first invention was the Yellow Smart Car, built first in 2008. TinyTowns government however quickly seized his assets and stole the rights to the Yellow Smart Car, and Flabe took credit for inventing it. It went from an ingenious new way for people to travel long distance in a short time, to being skewed and turned into a weapon of war.

After this, he was exiled to Saint Clair Shores where he continued to live life as a Catholic, until he was discovered by the Eitknees and executed on accounts of likely being a TinyTown spy.
