Poopula C. Wise Man of Brahman

Poopula C. Wise man of Brahman is an Attention Seeker and is one of the few Attention Seekers that are Cosmological Schlentons. He is a wise man obviously and soothsayer employed by the doubtful (likely invalid) independent Recognize-and-Resist "Bishop" Joseph Pfeiffer. 

His ability is that he can see past the typical plane of existence, seeing things outside of reality in the future, past, and present tense all at once in a psychedelic effect. In order to maximize his potential, he had warped his vision into going several decades in the past, to train with Xiao Hong Zhou to achieve CHIM, and to cultivate and train his power, so that he can selectively perceive which tense he seeks to view the world. Also during this he had to achieve a perfect state of peace and tranquility, which is supposedly impossible to for an Attention Seekers biological tendency to immediate violence, anger, and destruction. 

The world to him is just a metaphysical boundary, colors warp around him, ghostly figures dance before his eyes, the very ground he is on is rapidly changing all in real time for him. Everything that he is looking at in his field of vision, is an overlay of tens of thousands of years before, and tens of thousands of years after, on top of what is currently in front of him. He simply exists, in a perfect tranquil state, only being disturbed when those with trained minds come to him and ask what he sees for the future, for those without a trained mind and willpower, would surely go mad.
