Sea Sponges

The country of Albania is made out of sea sponges like Spongebob. Every Albanian therefore is immortal and cannot age, so many come to Albania to extract DNA from the sponges to never die of old age. 

Many "albanians" that you may see are people who have injected 100% sea sponge DNA into themselves, which wiped out their former genetics and ancestry and replaced it with sea sponge.
